This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 in town to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UCSB--close to downtown SB and easy drive to airport and campus, The house is even better in person--with plenty of space inside and out. The decor is soothing and classic SB style, and the beds are very comfortable. Brenda is super helpful and a delightful host. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Escaping midwestern winters

We love Chicago but a 3 week break from winter is a requirement. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Barbara and Casa de Sol. The house lived up to its name - there was plenty of sunshine. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches, downtown, shopping and restaurants. Very relaxing!

Thanks Brenda for everything you did for us.You were an outstanding host.Your home was perfect for us as a couple and very comfortable for us when we had our two grandkids with us for the last 2 weeks. The house was imaculately clean and the back yard was very inviting especially in the afternoon when it stayed perfect and cool on the hot days. The house was located very centrally for our trips into the center of Santa Barbara and also for the beaches in Goleta and it seemed like it was about 10 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go.
