The villa is set in the charming resort of Binibeca, with a selection of bars and restaurants, and the sandy Binibeca beach all within a 15 minute downhill walk. Inside, there are 3 stylish bedrooms and bright, airy décor throughout. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Binibeca 123 is a detached villa, well located in the exclusive resort of Binibeca. A 10 minute downhill walk takes you to Cala Torret, where a selection of restaurants overlooks the sea. The sandy Binibeca beach is around 15 minutes’ walk from the villa, while the historic area of Binibeca Vell can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot. The traditional town of Sant Lluis is about a 10 minute drive away, and the island capital, Mahon, is also within easy driving distance.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
