To access the villa there is a path which is 96cm wide alongside 14 steps. The front door has a width of 180cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has both step and ladder access. This is a ground-floor property, whilst step access is required. Inside, there is 1 step down from the living room to the dining area, then a further 1 step down form the dining room to the hallway to access the bedrooms/bathrooms. The first bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is also 70cm wide.
