Villa The Marvel is a luxury property located just 4km away from the city of Ibiza, with a unique view overlooking the salt flats, Cap Falco, Playa den Bossa and the jewel of Formentera Island. It is the perfect location to reach restaurants, bar and night entertainments that Ibiza can offer.

The property has a modern and comfortable style, developed on 600 mq in a plot of 3000m2, surrounded by a beautiful grass garden, there is a large terrace with lounge areas, sunbeds and umbrellas for the sunniest days, comfortable sofas are spread on different shaded areas and loggias, where to have a chat or read a book in the peace of the nature.The space hosts also the fantastic infinity beach swimming pool 17 meters long, included the small heated winter pool, just on side, in a very private atmosphere.
To enjoy the dinner outside a very big dinner area with table and chairs and the Barbecue, from the spaces outside is possible to admire wonderful sunsets drinking an aperitif with the friends and the family and enjoy this unique place.
Moving inside we suddenly note the white and warm colours used for decoration and details, several painting from local artists and sophisticated smart equipments, like the 4K tv sets, includes games, childrens’ channel, all the TV channels; the sound system covers the entire house, the garden and the pool areas, high speed wi fi connection and the alarm system, the house guarantee you all the exclusive amenities.

Villa The Marvel is developed on two floor, on the ground floor a vast open living spaces with the natural light coming from the big bay windows, that let admire also the beauty of the nature outside and the Mediterranean sea , the living area has several comfortable sofas, the tv, in a separated ambient the the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and dining area with a large table and chairs, in a side area a space equipped for exercise and gym moments, whit a splendid sea view of the outside.

Moving upstairs a space for your relax, silence and regeneration, there are two bedrooms, adjacent, with glass sliding doors, a shared bathroom with shower and steam-bath, these space can be used by the guests as a private Suite , other 3 bedrooms, with one queen size bed, bathroom with shower, all the rooms have a beautiful sea view, from the huge panoramic terrace, to admire the East South and South East coasts, really, an exclusive experience on Ibiza.

Complete the interior spaces a staff room with air conditioning,, queen size bed, the toilet and shower, on the basment you will find a guest toilet.

This Villa is perfect any period of the year, equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, a large car parking, 4 spaces also covered, it offers many services included in the stay, like the cleaning 10 hours per day except Sunday, maintenance 40 hours per week, towels and linen changed two or three times per week, Bbq gas bottle and many others, relax, comforts and privacy are guarantee for a group of friends or a family that wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in Ibiza.
