The tea ceremony at check-in along with the Japanese sweets were much appreciated. They were able to help us arrange for delivery of our luggage onwards to our next city. "This was a great choice for my family of five traveling to Kyoto. It was exceptionally clean and the suite was spacious. Free coffee, tea, sake and beer in the lobby was a nice amenity. It was easy to walk to the train station and other local attractions from this location. Riding the train was extremely easy. There were options for dining and coffee within walking distance as well as convenience stores and supermarkets. It was also easy to grab an Uber and receive Uber eats. I loved the shower...

The gym was ok but you had to pay for the fitness facility every each day you used it. Furthermore, it opened up late in the morning (7am) which is very annoying when you want to start the day early. "

Vi blev hevet til side ved udtjekning og bedt om at betale for morgenmad, til trods for at vi kun havde fået morgenmad 1 gang, som skulle betales med kort/kontant da det ikke kunne charges til værelset! Vi kunne fremvise trukket beløb på banken.
Vi skulle vente i 20 minutter og fremvise bankkvittering x flere!
Desuden er der kun 5 vaskemaskiner til 9 etagers hotelgæster, som er optaget konstant. Man skal stille sig i kø for at få en maskine."
