"We have a wonderful vacation. This is our 12th year coming to Sanibel and this was one of the better vacation homes / experiences we had. The location, right on the beach is perfect. The views are to die for! The host, Jim, is an amazing person and super helpful. We had everything we needed to make a perfect, restful vacation. "The location of the condo is great! Premium ocean frontage with easy access to the beach! Close to many restaurants and bars. Traffic was light at this time of year so it was easy to get onto and off the island.The condo was very clean! I’m particular about cleanliness and I was very satisfied! "Only downside, having to get to the other bedroom through the first bedroom or going outside to enter second bedroom. King bed was not comfortable. Too hard for me and had a hump in the middle. Okay if you like a firm mattress."

"It was a great place to stay for a larger family. The listing said 3 bedrooms, but it actually had 4 much to our delight (that was the "better" part). Great communication from the host, easy access to everywhere on the island. Highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, freshly updated, and felt very well maintained. It was spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. The host was responsive and helpful—answering questions promptly and even sending over a few extra hangers when we needed them. A great place to stay!"
