Located in Sanibel, this gulf front condo is perfect for a large family. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds in bunk style. My gorgeous condo offers a comfortable and charming retreat for you and your guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and shower. Whether you're lounging in the AC-cooled living room, staying connected with WiFi, or freshening up your clothes with the washing machine, our place has everything you need. The condo was fully renovated. Beds were comfortable and location was excellent for beach walks. The host was very kind to us because there was still some construction being done. This did not impact our stay however. We have come to the island for 20 yrs and this was an excellent choice for a condo. Highly recommend it.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. The location to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the pool, it all made for a super vacation. Our host was so quick to replace broken sand chairs to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely be back.

My sister and I came for a week with 6 of our children. We had a wonderful time. Storage closet was full of chairs, toys, umbrellas for our use. Only issue we had was master shower would only get warm. The pool area and grills were clean. Heated pool was nice. Looking forward to coming back.

The beach was very open, few people near us. It was close enough to restaurants but still pretty secluded. The no see ums were a little worse here, but the beach made up for it. The condo had everything we needed the view thru the palms to the water was fine.

Everything described in the listing was accurate and perfect! This was our first time using VRBO and Lisa made it seemless and perfect. Our family of 5 had more than enough room, beach was so nice with great access. Pool was spotless and warm with great mix of sun and shade. This really was an A+ place to visit and stay. We are already looking forward to coming back here!

This is a lovely mid island spot away from the hustle and bustle of Periwinkle. The lanai spans the width of the entire condo (a rarity on Sanibel) and the views are beautiful. The Sanddollar complex is extremely well maintained and we loved the 4 gas grills by the pool and the easy 2 minute level walk to the beach. The owner of the condo is extremely responsive and made our vacation very relaxing.

Awesome experience! This was our first time visiting Sanibel and this condo was perfect! Clean, close walk to the beach, had everything needed for the beach including chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and plenty of towels! The beds were comfortable and plenty of space (i went with my my 3 children and husband, my parents, and my grandmother). Super quick walk to the beach and the pool and beach were super nice, not crowded at all and clean. They have hose to clean off shoes and body, bathrooms by the pool, separate storage area for the beach supplies. Easy access to everything! We really enjoyed our stay and will be doing it again!

Overall a very enjoyable stay at the Sand Dollar. Two of the three rooms have king size beds which is hard to find. Wish we had a better view of water but only a short walk to get there. Very well stocked with towels and amenities. Would recommend.

This was the first condo of 4 that we have stayed in of this building. They had the extra little touches that make a big difference. They supplied laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soaps, lotion, and some of the kitchen starters that are needed. So nice to have entry at building and not have to go get a key somewhere else! We have had to call others for beach towels because they didn't supply enough, more than needed here. We had the best week, condo clean and well supplied. Only problem is we had to leave there!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo for a week and found it to be one of the best we have rented on Sanibel. The condo had everything we needed, was well cleaned, roomy enough for a large family, and is located in a great spot on the island. Definitely will book again next year!

This listing was spot on. We had the best time at this property the complex is small and private. There was nothing more we needed for our stay and our next visit we can leave our towels and chairs at home as what they provided is good quality. It was the hardest vacation for our family of 5 to leave we needed another week to take all that Sanibel offers in. We will be back next year!

This was the best getaway our family has had in a long time. The beach is beautiful and relaxing. The condo was perfectly situated. We also enjoyed the Pickle Ball courts, pool, biking and local restaurants. We hope to return soon

We had one of our best rental experience at this unit. Plenty of extra towels, thankfully extra beach towels as we went off and forgot ours at home. The kitchen is well stocked with plates. We did purchase some non breakable plates for the kids and left them at the condo for any other guests that may need them. It was very clean when we arrived, the few times we needed to contact the owner/ management we got fast reply and both was friendly and helpful. It's a very quiet and peaceful location. The highchair was a great bonus and the fans work amazing.

We were very pleased with our stay at Sanddollar. The property was immaculate and well stocked. Very comfortable furniture and beds and nice and roomy. The property owner and manager were both very responsive and so nice. The condo was facing the beach and was so wonderful to wake up to that view and to step out on the beautiful veranda and enjoy the sound of the waves. So relaxing! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Sanibel and our condo was exactly what we expected. It could use some updating, but it's a nice location, comfortable and has everything you need: lots of towels, kitchen utensils, laundry soap, beach chairs, umbrellas. The only thing I would update quickly is the sheets - they were 100% polyester which I just couldn't tolerate. For the king size bed I had to take the sheets off and was able to find random queen size flat sheets that were cotton that we managed to make work.

Our family enjoyed an incredible 10 nights in this 3BR condo, which had just been furnished with new furniture, including convenient bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. There was plenty of space for two kids to do their e-learning while the parents set up their office on the lanai, with beautiful views of native vegetation and the Gulf of Mexico just a few hundreds yards away. The view is beautiful. The master bedroom opens onto the lanai and you can easily hear the waves. The space is light and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. I wanted to make whipped cream and was happy to find even a hand mixer. There are plenty of drawers and closets for an extended stay. The living room is cozy and comfortable . We had an issue with the lock box and key when we first arrived but it was solved quickly and efficiently. The owner, Lisa, was flexible and communicative. Overall a fantastic working vacation in a beautiful condo in an awesome location. We will be back!

we have always stayed farther west on the island but really wanted a 3 bedroom this time. We were not disappointed! Great location. We could ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go. Owner was easy to talk to and had very timely responses.

We enjoyed a fantastic week on our family vacation at Sanddollar C102. The location has you steps to the beach, right on the bike path, and near the local grocery stores. When we weren't on the beach, we were relaxing on the huge screened-in porch overlooking the gulf. Our host was also extremely responsive and kind. Bathroom/kitchen came stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. Only suggestion I'd share is that the unit could use an update, e.g. chipped paint, decor, lamp shades with tears in them. Nothing major and didn't detract from our week.
