The AC shut down from blockage- the response was so fast from the host-it was taken care of within an hour before the house got hot. Would definitely stay again! "

"This was probably the nicest property we have stayed in the Captiva area. The home is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the property managers were so helpful. There was a hiccup with the air conditioning system while we were there, but it seems that the owners were more than willing to get that worked out for the next renters. "As returning guests to Captiva Providence, we knew what to expect, and our week in paradise was just as magical as last year! With beach access directly across the street, we spent nearly every day at the beach, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The property is beautifully maintained, shows no damage from the recent hurricanes, and Michael was always available if we needed anything (we did not). We are grateful to have found this gem and look forward to returning next year."

The light switches were a little confusing for the pool area and walkway lighting. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying at this location again!"
