    This is one of the apartments with the most exceptional views and location in the entire city.     The apartment is a magnificent 90 square metres large, with capacity for 6 people. Its contemporary, elegant and sophisticated decor faithfully brings together and reflects its surrounding environment. The flat is also well-equipped with high-end features guaranteeing you to feel at home from the moment you get there.



    The house has: three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an outdoor laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Its large kitchen and dining room open to the beautiful living room. But if this house stands out for something, that is, without a doubt, its immense terrace that we can access from any room in the house, surrounding it almost completely. With incomparable views of the sea and the bay of La Concha. On the terrace you will feel La Concha beach literally at your feet.

High end stay on the beach

The property lived up to the pictures. All of the amenities were top notch. Location was perfect... 10min walk to old town for dinners.

Fantastic property. Location was amazing and the outside deck was truly what made our stay. Communication from the property was outstanding and Aymar met us when we arrived and he was truly a delight. We wished we had more time at the property and would rent again if we visit this magical city.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic time staying in this lovely apartment. The views from the terrace were spectacular, location to walk to old town, beach, and shops was ideal. Our hosts treated us well and prepared for our arrival with excellent communication. The apartment is finished to the highest standard and made this trip to an incredible city that much better. Cozy Luxury

The flat was beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. Even the kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. Javier and Aymar were promptly responsive to inquiries. But the wrap-around terrace with its awesome view of La Concha was the best feature. Perfect Donostia nest.

3 lovely days in San Sebastian

Our group of 4 stayed for 3 days in this beautiful apartment. Aymar met us on site and offered lots of helpful information. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The terrace is huge with a wonderful view of the ocean. It is perfectly located for touring old town and the entire beach area. We highly recommend this lovely booking. Thank you!

San Sebastían with amazing views

The accommodations were beautiful. The beds and bedding were very high end. We were met by Aymar who was very clear on how to arrive, where to park and wonderful eating suggestions. Since we had a car we ventured to the neighboring towns and even visited the Balenciaga museum. If you choose to cook in the apartment you will have a fully equipped kitchen. Having wine on the terrace at sunset is a great way to relax before heading out to the Pintxos bars for lively fun. Don’t miss out on renting this home. Make sure soap dispensers are full for each check in.

Amazing!

From my initial inquiry all the way to check-out, our experience was fantastic! Location, view, interior space, washer and dryer, it was all perfect! A stunning place within walking distance to EVERYTHING! Checkin with Aymar was very, very helpful. He met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. He had great recommendations, was so friendly, and answered each and every one of our questions.

A great stay

Spacious spot in a good location right on the front, would be beautiful in summer when you could make full use of the terrace. Decor and utilities modern, would definitely return. Only problem is noise from upstairs rather disturbing in the mornings.
