"This hotel seems best suited for business stays. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable; however, they lack a mini fridge, which would be a basic amenity for storing food. We experienced an issue with the in-room safe that was not resolved by the staff. Additionally, when a family member tried to send us dinner on the night we arrived, we found it inconvenient that the hotel did not accept online or card payments for this type of service. "Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. They recieved payment for a room with 2 queen size beds, and they did not provide the room we paid . They stated it was because they overbooked, what a coincidence the same...

"The room was clean and had the air conditioner full blast. The staff was really nice and helpful. Getting to the property had a bumpy road but the beach outside of the property is pretty. There was only sand and no rocks. Breakfast was included which was a plus, the problem was that it took a while but it was tasty. "

"We loved our stay here. Everything was good and the view is stunning. Communication was good through WhatsApp. The only thing I would say I had an issue with was the daily cleaning. It didn’t happen, but we asked extra towels and they did bring them. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! "
