The listing title, reviews, and pictures were all unreliable.The listing states "newly renovated", but the description says the condo was renovated in 2021. All aspects of the condo do not appear new other than the floor. Fixtures and appliances are worn, paint is chipping off doors, and the couch is uncomfortable & in only fair condition.We found there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen other than dishes. No salt/pepper, no dishwasher pods, no paper towel, no cooking spray, etc. We did not expect a fully stocked kitchen, but every rental we've ever had, has those basic supplies. In addition there were only 4 forks and 4-5 teaspoons.The bathrooms are very basic and worn. You cannot flush toilet paper in the master toilet. We had 4 rolls of TP for 6 adults for 6 days.We thought being near the airport was a positive and had read reviews either for this condo or a nearby one that stated you cannot hear the planes. You can absolutely hear the planes inside with windows shut. And the street noise is unreal! Being more than 10 floors up; we could not believe how loud the traffic noise was, but after 10:00 pm we also had bar noise from across the street. Even with earplugs in, I could hear bar noise. Also, the AC unit is obnoxiously loud.The condo was clean, & there were plenty of beach/bath towels, beach chairs, and has a beautiful view from all windows. The owner did drop off a few supplies upon request.I do not recommend this rental.
