The apartment is situated in the lively Miramar neighborhood, making it ideal for small families or groups. Guests should note that the building does not have an elevator, so you'll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment and there is no designated parking available. There is also a nightclub located below the building, open Thursday to Saturday, which may lead to noise during those nights.



Inside, the apartment offers a cozy living area with high ceilings and a spacious sofa, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views of Miramar through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The option to open the doors to let in a refreshing breeze makes it even more inviting.



To ensure guests feel at home, the apartment is stocked with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. The neighborhood of Miramar offers a wide range of activities and is conveniently close to both Old San Juan and the heart of San Juan. Notable attractions nearby include the historic El Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal, paddleboarding and kayaking at Condado Lagoon, dining and nightlife at Distrito T-Mobile, the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, and shopping at Plaza Las Américas and The Mall of San Juan.



The area is known for its excellent dining options, from vegan dishes to traditional Puerto Rican fare. Recommended spots include Melanzana, Casita Miramar, Puebla, 1919, Marmalade, and Rare 125. For getting around, Uber is recommended for local transport, and for trips outside San Juan, renting a car is a better option since rideshares may be harder to find. While the apartment does not provide designated parking, there is a parking lot across the street and street parking available nearby.



The building is equipped with a backup generator and a water cistern, but occasional power and water outages may still occur. If there is a disruption lasting more than three hours, guests can cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights, though no refunds will be provided for nights already stayed.
