Definitely enjoyed our stay here! Everything went well William was excellent! Convenient parking, enjoyed the extras provided such as beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, etc., etc.

Perfect location with an easy drive from the airport. William was an excellent host and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The check-in process was quick and easy, making our arrival stress-free.The apartment was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras, including a cooler, beach chairs, towels, and even sunscreen. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony each morning, which was a relaxing way to start the day. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the beach as well as nearby stores and restaurants, making it simple to get everything we needed.We would definitely stay here again. This vrbo has the perfect location! It is close to the airport, an easy drive to San Juan and quick access to the highways. You can’t get much closer to the beach and it has a large pool. We comfortably fit our family of 6. Communication with William was top tier and he answered any questions we had. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If we come back, we would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Isla Verde. William was very responsive and cordial with us. The apartment was spectacular and is walkable to local beach, bars and entertainment. We will absolutely come back! Thank you Will!!

Wonderful beach getaway

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-furnished condo had everything we needed. Location was very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Super clean apartment, so many amenities and extra touches, excellent air conditioning, elevators worked the entire time, beach access very close and easy to get to, nice area, host was very responsive with communication.

This is the best place to stay in San Juan. William is so responsive and incredibly helpful. The apartment is immaculate, well appointed and very well supplied with all you would need. The apartment even has four nice beach chairs plus boogie boards (I don’t think any other place has all these). The beach in front is magnificent and right next door to the Sonesta and near restaurants and other stores. At the same time the apartment is very quiet, with a lovely balcony with a side view of the ocean. The building is lovely and well maintained, and has a security guard at the front. It has a lovely pool and playground but I didn’t use these. I wouldn’t stay at any other place.

The property was clean, the host is very responsive. It has easy access to the pool and the beach. It is safe and very enjoyable. It has 2 queen beds and a pull out queen sofa.

Puerto Rico trip

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our host was always available and flexible with check in times. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you need. The best part is the fact that the beach is right outside of the condo. It’s also on the strip close to clubs, food, and casino will definitely stay there again.

On the beach

This apartment was spotless and beautiful. It was right on the beach, which was great! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset. There was all the necessities provided, quickly making us feel at home.

Family wedding

In san juan for family wedding at Fairmont, 4 person stay at Coral Bay made the finances work, less than 25% of price per person, with only a 2 block walk. And the same beach!

Great Stay

The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The building itself was clean and well kept. Easy in and out. Easy parking. Perfect location. Beach right outside the back door. Would definitely stay again!

Isla Verde Stay

This was the best stay in Isla Verde up to this point. Really Clean, Safe and roomy. The ideal location just a 3 minute walk from the El San Juan Hotel and nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The Host responded to my text within 5 minutes. Your own parking spot definitely came in handy. Definitely saving the contact information for when I return again. Thank you

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay, property was just as clean as the photos show. (Sometimes this is not the case!) Host purchased a pack and play for our visit which was very generous. Lots of amenities throughout the property, walking distance to restaurants. (Our personal favorite was Cochea! We went twice during our stay) Beautiful beach out front, if you want a less crowded option though drive to La Posita beach. We would stay at this property again! :)

Great location

Pros: Overall our stay was great. The unit was clean and well kept. The complex has a very nice pool and direct access to a beautiful clean beach and gated security entrance. Assigned parking spot was a plus. Walking distance to restaurants as well as a casino. Beach chains and cooler came in handy. Cons: The kitchen cookware could use a refresh. Plastic plates, bowls and cups need to go. Carpet in the hallways of the building were very dated.

Five Stars All Around!

We are a family of 4, including 2 teenagers. Mini vacation to celebrate son's birthday. The unit was exactly as described. Clean, functional, great location, plenty of A/C, beds & pillows were comfy, including LR futon. We felt totally safe on the property as well as walking around to restaurants (Lupi's is our favorite!) and shops. The Pharmacy across the street has everything you need at really good prices. Will is a great host and was very patient and responded quickly to my many questions. (I don't use the App, so I'm thankful for the speedy replies and assistance.) He also gave us a great recommendation for a church nearby. Overall very positive experience for me and my family and we'd definitely recommend! Also, my mom stayed in a unit close by and she too had all positive feedback. We are thankful to have found this gem on the beach and hope to return sooner than later!
