"The room smelt like mold so bad..air condition was so loud, had to ask them to shut the side door in hall that was giving access to public and should have been shut and not able to be opened to public access. It was myself and granddaughters so we was scared with it being so close to our room. I have been staying at holiday inns for forty years This is the very first time I have ever seen a holiday inn at this level."

My second room was placed on second floor with having to climb stairs with our luggage’s and guest and this room had a real bad cleaning issue where toilet was left dirty and filthy had to be moved to a new room I will never stay there again. Breakfast wasn’t any good it was just a waffle maker had to go out for breakfast."
