Perfect for working while traveling or moving to San Francisco, two sit-stand desks are located in different rooms, allowing two people to work comfortably without interfering with each other. The condo has high-speed (AC) Wifi throughout, a high-speed (100Mbit) internet connection, and a backup internet connection, just in case the first fails.

After a long day working or sightseeing, unwind with a glass of wine next to the fireplace. Or watch a movie on our high-fidelity sound system. This listing includes many (FREE) streaming services: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, (HBO) Max, AppleTV, Britbox, and PBS.

This is truly the perfect location to explore the city of San Francisco. The condo is within walking distance from the Painted Ladies on Alamo Square, Golden Gate Park, the Castro Theater, and the Haight Ashbury to name a few.

Half a block away on the Divisadero Corridor are numerous amazing restaurants, including NOPA, Ragazza, Bar Crudo, Berretta, Che Fico, and many more local favorites.

You can also walk to Madrone for a drink and to listen to some jazz or funk or disco, depending on the night. Or pop by the Page for music or to watch the game. The Independent, down the street, hosts popular live bands from all music genres. Or if you love arcade games, pinball, and table games, you can stroll two blocks to Emporium.

There are four major bus lines within two blocks, and car services like Uber and Lyft usually arrive within minutes because of the central location.

Mandatory mid-stay/monthly housekeeping services are included (FREE) for stays of 35 nights or more. You can add additional housekeeping services for $225 per visit (for example, if you prefer bi-weekly cleaning).


Additional Rules:
--No parties or events (of 7 or more visitors) without prior approval.
--The building quiet time is 10p-8a. Please do your part not to disturb our neighbors.
--Feel free to read our books and play our records. We live here, and this is our stuff so please don't take them with you when leaving.

--We want you to enjoy your stay, but if you move any furniture, please put it back where you found it before you leave. This includes ensuring the area rug and its rug pad are flat, just as you found them.

--30+ day rentals have a utility allowance of $200/mo (Mar-Oct) or $325 (Nov-Feb). Guests will be charged for overage payments. Note: the avg bill is $100 (summer) to $175 (winter) so this allowance is quite generous.

--For stays between 5 weeks (35 nights) to 8 weeks (56 nights), we require guests to have at least one mid-stay cleaning. Monthly cleaning is required for stays of 8 weeks or more (57+ nights).

--The mandatory mid-stay/monthly housekeeping services are complimentary (i.e. paid for by the Host). Any additional housekeeping services requested by the guest are $220/visit.

--Lost garage opener fee $50.
