Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the seventh floor along with a designated parking spot. When we went to park, the spot was already occupied, so we returned to the front desk to notify them we parked elsewhere, which did not seem to concern the staff.
When we reached our room, the door was wide open and it was clear the room had not been cleaned. Towels were hanging on the bathroom door and left on the floor, indicating a previous guest had checked out without housekeeping servicing the room. We went back downstairs to report this, and the front desk staff appeared largely unbothered. They reassigned us to a new room, but when we attempted to enter, the key did not work, requiring another trip back to the front desk.
After the keys were finally corrected, we were able to access the new room, which was acceptable. However, we noticed later that the original room we had been assigned remained open and uncleaned, with the same towels still present. This gave the impression that cleanliness and guest comfort were not a priority for the staff, which made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.
