Sunny 1 Bed Cottage a few blocks from the Beach!

About this space
This recently renovated one bedroom apartment is in Ocean Beach, California and has a small private fenced in dog friendly yard. We are conveniently located about two blocks from the ocean/sand. We are on the North side of OB near Robb Field and the San Diego River channel. Dog Beach, one of the few San Diego's few beaches that allows dogs 24/7 365 days a year, is just a few minutes walk away. There are tons of bars, restaurants, coffee carts, and shops all within walking distance.
The space
This is a gated property with many of the units (like this one) opening onto the courtyard with lush gardens and trees. Newly remodeled with faux granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and gated back patio.
Guest access
The BBQ grill located in the gated courtyard.
Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

** This isn't a party house.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.

- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrive
