No, the kitchen was not fully equipped, (there was nothing in it) The floors needed cleaning, there was peeling and chipping paint. The staff person who checked me in was not customer accommodating however the second staff person was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately because of the first associate and the condition of the room accommodations, my review is negative. I see it as a management issue, cleanliness and customer service is and should be the standard expectation. Every room should be checked after cleaning, maintenance should be notified to paint and make repairs a priority as needed. The phone did not work when I needed to call the front desk. The continental breakfast was well below expectations. Just a suggestion, there are vendors that would love to have an opportunity to work and partner with extended stay, that would not only be a cost saving but an opportunity to show appreciation to your patrons. I am a consumer and if I were managing or operating a consumer driven business, I would want to treat those consumers the way I would want to be treated, I would expect the property to be kept up the way I would expect, I would want to be proud of every facet of my property. Would I stay again or suggest anyone stay there, my short answer is, NO.
