"Hotel is beautiful and provides all the amenities for my needs. Staff very responsive, helpful and competent and and system in place for any needs I had. We had a nice dinner and breakfast and there are several good options to choose from. The rooms where beautiful and very clean. The checkout procedure was very convenient. "

Hotel isn’t very well insulated sound wise so because of downtown location with tram and fire station nearby it was very noisy both night and day"

"Meget nedslidt hotel. Rengøringen under middel. Altanen var møgbeskidt. Vi boede der i 11 dage og fik kun gjort rent 4 gange, selv om vi flere gange bad om mere rengøring. Der blev flere gange ikke suppleret med toiletpapir mv., så vi måtte have fat i personalet. Deres såkaldte 'High speed Wi-Fi' var meget langsomt - en anmodning om at få det bedret, hjalp ikke. Ingen affaldssortering. God beliggenhed ved stranden."
