One of the elevators was under renovation, it took 2-5 mins for the only elevator to arrive. There’s no indication whether it’s coming down or up or which floor it was on. It’s quite frustrating with my leg condition.
The room was not cleaned to meet the basic standards. Pillows were as flat as pancakes, linens were yellowish and of low quality.
Dinner was overpriced compared to the professionalism of kitchen and dining staff.
The entire stay was quite unpleasant.
