"Fabulous location. You can walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants. Easy to drive to the zoo, Sea World, Old Town. If there is any downside at all, it’s the parking. We always found a place on the block, but you have to pay attention to times. I would book again!"

"There’s lots to love about this sweet cottage. We had a great stay. It is especially good for adults for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. So many great food options! It was a little harder for our family with a child that wasn’t super psyched to walk a 1/2 to the beach and restaurants. Yes, the property is a block from the ocean, but it is not a block from a beach where you would put down a chair and walk in the sand. Thad’s more like 1/2 mile. Otherwise a great stay!"

"The house was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed, and Susan was quick to help with a couple extra needed kitchen items. The proximity to Dog beach and Ocean beach was awesome! The look, feel, and comfort of the place was so worth the price. We loved it! "

"Stayed for location to events nearby, and this was a cute stay! The front yard is truly so wonderful!! Fenced in and private from the busier street in front of the house. The flower vines were so pretty also! The kitchen was stacked well and the washer dryer access was nice! In the shared area and deck with the other unit. Communication of something came up was really fast and nice! "

"We really wanted to stay close to Mission Beach and have a good experience for our little kids ages 4-12 and this place made it happen. The kids were so excited that they provided boogie boards and sand toys! The adults were excited that they provided chairs, towels, umbrella, stroller, stepstool, and more if needed for younger kids and laundry!!! It’s so close to beach and walkable to Belmont and places to eat but we also enjoyed the front patio. We all noted that the beds were comfy and rooms...

"We stayed for 4 nights. North Coast Village is spectacular. The grounds are a tropical paradise with great amenities, including pools, hot tubs, pool table, putting green, and parking garage. The beautiful cottage where we stayed also had boogie boards, skim boards, an umbrella, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, and a completely stocked kitchen. We plan on going back to stay there again ASAP. "
