We stumbled across this rental and we are so happy we did. Amazing location, couldn’t be better. It has everything you need and more and the noise was not a bother at all regarding the train. We will definitely come back and refer all our family and friends. The host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We had no issues with the rental at all 10 out of 10!

Most Beautiful Time Away!

This place is AMAZING! It was exceptionally clean and came equipped with all the necessities for our stay, and more!The host was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with throughout our stay Most of all, the endless ocean views and the sound of the waves made our stay very relaxing. I am looking forward to staying here again!

I love it here!

This is my third stay here and as usual it never disappoints. The place is clean and well kept, close to everything you need and the unit has everything you would possibly need. The host is responsive and great with communicating info in a timely fashion. This will not be my last stay here!

Great location

Such a nice location. Close to the pier, coffee, food and fun! The place was clean and bright with an awesome view of the water and pier. You can walk to almost everything you want to do to enjoy San Clemente. Parking is not great but that’s the way it’s going to be in the area. If you’re looking for a studio then this place is very nice.

Amazing Sunsets

Property and hosts were great. Studio was super clean and in the perfect location. Check-in / Check-out were seamless. And the balcony was the best for watching sunsets and all the activity at the Pier. A++

Great spot and views

This is a pristine location and great apartment for relaxing and going to beach. Restaurants are footsteps away and the shower is huge. Even did a load of laundry while I was there.

Beautiful

Loved the view and super easy check in and room worked perfectly for us. Only downside was the train that ran intermittently throughout the night, made it hard to enjoy the sound of the waves at night.

Property is nice - but I didnt feel safe

The property is as described and is nice but I had a strange experience with the host when I struggled to open the door. He invited himself into the room and was checking the doors, proceeded to mention he had a gun and various other comments which I felt uncomfortable with. Once on my own I noticed there was not extra latch on the inside of door, so anyone with the code can unlock the deadbolt and get in, this and various other things made me feel unsafe, I left the property early. Its a nice place, but I do not recommend it for female solo travellers.

Great place to stay.

Great location and accommodations for 2. Steps to beach & restaurant's below. Great beach views & sunsets on the front patio. Host was wonderful. We didn't need anything - plenty of towels, beach items, studio kitchen, 1 bathroom, big closet, dining tables inside and out, front window and door open fully to allow that ocean breeze in. Check in was seamless. Clean throughout. Cozy studio for a romantic getaway. If you love the beach scene this place is for the 2 of you. Will rent again.

Great apt overlooking San Clemente Pier

My teenager daughter and I had a great 4-day stay at San Clemente Pier. The studio was perfect for two people and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great after a day at the beach. The location is amazing and we spent a lot of time on the patio overlooking the beach. Brian was highly responsive the couple of times I needed to reach out and addressed our needs. Also appreciated that beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were provided so we could fully enjoy our time at the beach. Despite it being on the main strip it was quiet at night. Lots of eating options in the area - our favorites were La Galette Creperie and South of Nick's (Mexican). Even though we had a car we also took advantage of the free shuttle the you could get on a the Pier and take to other beaches and the shopping area (Del Mar). I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back again!

Fantastic place to stay

I would recommend this property to any two people looking for a weekend getaway. The property was gorgeous and the view was beautiful. My girlfriend and I had a great stay here for a long weekend and would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful weekday escape

Brought my grandmother with me to enjoy the wonderful weather and location. We walked everyday to eat and enjoy the local community. We felt safe and the studio was perfect amount of space to enjoy. Great spot to enjoy. Brian the property manager was responsive and helpful as well. We will be returning!

Perfect Spot

Overall we had a great stay, the place is incredible for access to the beach and town. The Surfliner train horn that sounds at the pier was unexpected and louder than we thought it would be.

Great getaway!

This studio was perfect spot for a short getaway…. Location was ideal. Close to restaurants and the store as well as being right across the way from the beach/ pier. The studio was clean and had lots of little extra touches. It was also nice to not have to worry about parking as we were able to walk everywhere. We had a tiny hiccup checking in but our host was super apologetic and more that made up for any inconvenience we had and was really responsive throughout our stay, we are already planning our next stay

Location location location

If you want to stay close to the pier area, this is the rental unit for you. This studio was just right for my wife and I. View of the pier/ocean.....sound of the ocean during nighttime. There is a little store just down the block for almost anything you may need. Clean and well suppied.

Location Location Location

The price is right for a location directly across from the pier with a small balcony to enjoy the view. Very clean and modern, good layout for small space. Beach towels and chairs provided are a great addition. We enjoyed the beach and restaurants immensely. But, there is NO parking space, be prepared to pay and search for a place to park and walk up and down the steep hills. And, the air temp is controlled by the Owner offsite, leaving us sweaty much of the time. A two night stay was doable, but I'd recommend staying elsewhere for anything more. It's a gem if you don't mind the flaws.

Great place with ocean view

Me and my husband booked this trip last minute and we were so happy with this place. Top end finishes and super clean. The bed was comfortable and the studio had all the essentials and more! I definitely recommend this place.
