It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. With a built-up area of 223 m², this charming accommodation offers impressive mountain views.
Located in a serene and rural area, the house is just a few minutes\' drive from the island\'s capital and the main tourist centres, such as Timanfaya National Park, the Famara beaches or La Geria.
The property is equipped with garden furniture, a 117 m² terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, and outdoor parking on the same building. It also has a TV and satellite TV with international channels.
The house is distributed over three levels. The upper floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a private terrace, a dressing room with built-in wardrobes and a TV. The second bedroom has a single bed and a built-in wardrobe. There is also the main bathroom with a bathtub.
On the middle floor, we find the independent kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. There is also a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with international channels, an additional room with a single bed and a built-in wardrobe, and a second bathroom with a shower tray.
Finally, the lower floor offers a living room/bedroom with a trundle bed that transforms into a double bed.
