"The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A very well equipped kitchen which included a dishwasher and washing machine. The lockbox was faulty on arrival resulting in a call out. We were advised 10 mins. Someone arrived 1.5 hours later with no updates provided. I understand problems arise but communication was very poor with the company managing the property. Hopefully it's now fixed so others can enjoy this lovely property."

"I contacted Vrbo/flatguest to cancel my stay due to a medical emergency back home. I reached out to explain my situation two days before the start of my stay, but according to the rules, the cancellation was not possible, so I had to leave it as that. Es sind nur wenige Minuten Gehzeit zum Strand, auch das Einkaufszentrum ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar,. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und sauber. Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. "Exceptional home. This place was one of the best homes we have stayed at on a vacation. It is in a great location with parking at your front door, plenty of space for a family of 4 or more, modern home with great wifi service and amenities. Elena, our host was exceptional as well. She went out of her way to make sure our arrival was seamless and easy. "Place was as advertised and location was great. 30 second walk to the beach and oceanfront boardwalk. Less than 5 minute walk to the shopping centre for groceries. guaranteed parking spot inside. Check in is a bit funky as the keys to get inside the compound are locked inside the condo which has a combination lock on the front door. A helpful neighbor let us in through the main gate. "Leider hatten wir in unserem Haus einen sehr hohen Befall von Kakalaken. Wir mussten fast jeden Tag ca. 2-3 Kakalaken beseitigen. Vielleicht könnte man entsprechende Mittel im Haus zur Verfügung stellen, die die Bekämpfung etwas vereinfachen. Ansonsten sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
