We needed handicap accessibility and this was the perfect home for us. From the drive-up, to the open layout and spacious bathroom, it was so great for our family. Our family had a fabulous time at Jay’s rental. We enjoyed our family time together and all the space this house had to offer! The elevator was a life saver. The fishing was great and morning coffee on the decks was relaxing. Off season in OBX is the best!

We had access to the beach which was amazing. The beach view allowed for views of both the sunrise and sunset. Great location and the amenities were amazing.

It was a great home for us and our 2 dogs. The hot tub was fantastic. The sunsets from the top deck were beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach and you could drive the golf cart to the beach parking.

Clean, great house, spacious and fun. Hot tub was great! Waking up to see the ocean (over the dunes) was great. Check in and check out was exceptionally easy and it’s clear that the hosts care about their guest experience.GREAT beach access proximity!
