(f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

This was a lovely rental in a great location. We had two families of four staying and the home was large enough to easily accommodate both families. Location was great. Short walk from the club for a casual dinner or to Bannisters for something a little more fancy!
