713 Winter Trout is a BRAND-NEW beachfront home with a breathtaking ocean view. This lovely new construction home has seven bedrooms, six and a half baths, two living rooms and an above ground pool on the main floor deck overlooking the ocean view. 713 Winter Trout will comfortably accommodate up to 23 people and is dog friendly with a fee.
Starting on the main floor, 713 Winter Trout has a large open kitchen and great room overlooking the ocean. Take in the view while cooking, eating in the dining room or relaxing on the couch. The gas range, new appliances, wine cooler, double wall ovens and large pantry make it a joy to stay in and cook your favorite meals. A powder room is located near the great room for easy access.
Moving forward, the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom are located on the main floor, with their own en-suite bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a king bed, a tub and separate shower, while the guest bedroom has a king bed and a tub shower combo. The exterior entryway and patio grants the property a unique curb appeal.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms and four baths: three king bedrooms, two bunk rooms and an office with a full futon. Two king bedrooms share a jack and jill bath with a tub shower combo. Directly across the living room is the last king bedroom with its own en-suite bath and shower. This bedroom and one other king bedroom have direct access to the shared back deck, with large sliding doors that provide plenty of natural light and access to an ocean view from the comfort of your bed.
In the middle of these rooms is the second living area with an amazing ocean view, and access to the large back deck. There are two hall bathrooms upstairs with tub shower combos, for bunk room occupants to share. Both bunk rooms have one full over full and a twin over twin bunk bed. In the middle of the bunk rooms there is access to the lovely front deck, with a panoramic view of Winter Trout road and the surrounding area.
713 Winter Trout has many unique features that make it stand out as a special place to stay. The large three car garage has a Tesla electric car charger with the ability to charge ANY electric car. In the driveway there are three to four more spots to park, allowing space to park up to six to seven cars/golf carts. Please do not park on the grass!
Onward, the beautiful bamboo flooring throughout the home is sure to catch your eye, along with the tasteful low country decorations and furnishings. This property has high-speed Wi-Fi and eight TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the main living room. This property is currently streaming only, allowing you to access all your favorite streaming applications. The elevator is available for guest use, creating an easy access point from the garage up to third floor. Another interesting component of the home is a standby generator, giving you peace of mind for power during storm season.
The View: The above ground pool is a highlight of the home, located on the main floor back deck. This deck is also screened in and will most likely be where you spend most of your time taking in the view.
A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty.
Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
