The upper level is the heart of the home, where six skylights flood the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with natural light. The chef’s kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island, flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces-ideal for family gatherings or group celebrations. The adjacent enclosed sunroom offers a comfortable, scenic perch for morning coffee or evening relaxation, with breathtaking vistas all around.



Downstairs, three bedrooms provide restful accommodations for up to ten guests. The primary suite is a private haven, featuring a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in shower, and a quiet den with a full-size desk-perfect for remote work or important calls. The den also includes a bunk bed with a full lower bunk, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Two additional bedrooms-one with a queen bed, the other with two full beds-are equipped with smart TVs for added comfort.



The expansive three-car garage provides plenty of parking space for cars and golf carts alike and is fully stocked with all your beach essentials, including chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and a convenient pull cart to easily transport your gear to the shore. The garage opens directly to an outdoor patio with a grill, perfect for family barbecues and enjoying the island breeze.



A four-seat golf cart is included, making it effortless to explore Fripp Island’s top amenities: the heated pool at the Cabana Club, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Davis Love Park, and more-all just minutes away. Up to ten guest cards are provided, granting access to the island’s pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and dining venues, ensuring a complete resort experience.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
