The Space:
In summer: equipped terrace, private spa (4 seasons), BBQ, exterior fireplace, forest hikes, Chutes-à-Bull (waterfalls), canoeing in the river, swimming, 4-wheeler tracks and the renowned festival « Ma Rivière en chanson ».* (BBQ and fireplace from May 1st to oct 15th approximately)

In winter: private spa (4 seasons), skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing nearby, without forgetting the magnificent St-Côme Ice Festival « Festival des glaces de St-Côme ».*

**Equipment for activities not included**

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire cottage and its marvelous land, including direct access to the Assomption River! When getting outside, you have a direct access to forest hikes and snowshoeing in winter.

The Neighborhood:
St-Côme village is at the corner and is very charming. Small cafés, a bakery, restaurants and a good sized grocery store is but a few things that the village provides.

Getting Around:
In winter time you will need WINTER TIRES. The road is really accessible and a normal front wheel drive car is sufficient even in winter. Please note that snowfalls can begin in October up until May at some occasions. Good old Canadian weather ;-)

Other Things to Note:
For the outside fireplace, a list of places to get some wood are inside the guest booklet in the cottage.
The propane for the BBQ is included (BBQ only available in the Summer).
For TV, it is a smart TV, with a Netflix Account and other applications. There is no cable TV.
No telephone on site. Be sure to have a cell phone with you.
