"The staff were friendly and room reserved was ready on time. The rooms look like they have been refreshed fairly recent long based on blankets and laminate wood style flooring. The bed though was hard and the pillows were small and quite flat. The bathroom, while basic cleaned needed a good cleaning. ..."

Prodigy Hotel, a Days Inn by Wyndham
"The room was clean, but the air conditioner was very loud. At check in there was a live person who was unenthusiastic, but competent. Check out was to a face on a monitor, which I hated. He kept telling me to put my key in a slot, yet it was NOT the slot labeled "room key". Maybe I'm being nitpicky, ..."

"I don't know where to begin. Let's start at check in. I was told that there was two additional cost that I had to agree to. 1. $10 one time fee for house keeping. I was there 5 days no one every came to clean. 2. $2 per day charge for electricity. I couldn't back out because I prepaid for the room. ..."

Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown-Arena by IHG
"The hotel was situated really well for what we needed. It was close to downtown, and the golden 1 Center. All walkable. The hotel and room was very clean. The curtain had holes in it which we did not realize until morning. Overall, I would stay again."
