This property is a duplex with two separate units, each with its own private entrance. You’ll have your own space and privacy during your stay, but since the units share one wall, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially after our quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Get ready to cozy up in this beautiful modern farmhouse style home that has been fully remodeled in 2019! This duplex is located on a large lot that sits uniquely behind another property and has a shared walkway to the front door and a shared wall to its neighboring unit. This home has been fully remodeled in 2019 with avocado sage green kitchen cabinets, upgraded appliances, farmhouse sink and everything you need to cook with. Large flat screen Smart TV's in living room and master bedroom. Master bedrooms has a lush CalKing Tempur-Pedic bed with dresser and closet space. Both bathrooms have tile walls and floors w/waterfall shower heads and plenty of extra towels. The garage space in midtown is rare! Keep in mind it is a tight space to park into very large vehicles may have trouble parking here. There is plenty of street parking available, but please keep note of the street signage, so to avoid any pesky parking tickets. My family and I also occupy a neighboring unit.

Cleaning Expectations & Fee Transparency
In accordance with the new California short-term rental law (AB 2202), we want to be fully transparent about cleaning responsibilities and fees. We aim to provide a clean, comfortable space for every guest. Our standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover services, including laundry, sanitizing surfaces, and general tidying up.
To help us maintain this standard and avoid additional fees, we kindly ask guests to:
1. Take out all trash and place it in the designated bins
2. Load and run the dishwasher (or hand wash used dishes)
3. Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry basket
4. (Optional) Strip used beds and leave linens in one place.
5. Report any accidental spills or damages right away.
Extra Cleaning Fees May Apply If:
Sometimes, extra cleaning is required after a stay. To be fully transparent, here are examples of situations where an additional fee may apply:
Excessive trash or mess left throughout property -- $150–$350
Unwashed dishes or cookware left out -- $15–$30
Extremely dirty or stained sheets/towels -- $25–$75 per bedroom
Bleaching required for linens/mattresses -- $50–$100
Carpet/furniture stains -- $50–$150
Biohazard cleanup (e.g., vomit, bodily fluids) -- $100–$250
Unapproved pet messes or excessive hair -- $75–$150
Strong lingering odors (smoke, etc.) -- $550-1000
Outdoor areas left dirty (trash, BBQ mess, etc.) -- $25–$75
We only apply these fees when necessary and always document them with photos and cleaner invoices, if applicable. Thanks for helping us keep our place in great shape for you and future guests!
Waste Disposal - An Airhoster Staff will pull out the garbage cans starting late evening Sunday till Monday morning so that the city waste management team can empty them. Our staff will then return those cans back to the property.
