"Fint hotel med et bredt udvalg af mad i buffeten og drikkevarer i baren. Det blev gjort fint rent på værelset og ved poolen. Meget aktive personale til underholdning. Værelserne er lidt slidte, og vi har træt af folk røg i pool området, men det skal ikke ligge hotellet til last. Det eneste jeg manglede var cola med sukker. "

"My recent stay at Welike Marfil Playa Sa Coma was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the misleading information provided on their website as well as pictures on hotels.com. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a toddler indoor room, only to discover upon arrival that it was closed. This was a significant issue for us as we were traveling with an infant. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner times were advertised to be one hour earlier than they actually were. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but for families with young children, having meal times delayed can be quite challenging. Finding a quiet time during the day was impossible as entertainment activities were ongoing until 23:00 every night. This constant noise made it very difficult for our infant to nap or go to sleep at a reasonable hour. The quality of the food was also underwhelming. We expected much better given the hotel's rating and price point. The only positives from our stay were the service of the staff and the efforts of the cleaning personnel, who were both friendly and diligent. Unfortunately, these positives were not enough to make up for the numerous shortcomings, and we ultimately chose to leave early. Overall, I cannot recommend Welike Marfil Playa Sa Coma to families traveling with young children. The misleading information and inadequate facilities made our stay more stressful than enjoyable."

"Wonderful resort. Loved the free fitness classes. Extremely comfortable room. Good (but expensive) restaurants. There are only 3 (available ones - the fourth was fully booked the entire week) so we felt like we ran out of eating options in the end. But room, pool etc was amazing. "

"Et super lækkert hotel med en tilhørende smuk privat strand. Vi havde et standard dobbelt værelse med havudsigt og det var lækkert. Poolområdet var lækkert, men der var kamp om solstolene. Vi var skuffende over beliggenheden, da der ikke er noget by i nærheden af hotellet - kun et mindre område der er MEGET turistet med dårlige restauranter og butikker. "We recently stayed at Protur Sa Coma in a town that epitomizes the mass tourism experience — from sunbeds reserved with towels early in the morning, to identical kiosks lining the streets. Our experience, unfortunately, left much to be desired. We booked a double room, expecting two separate rooms as shown in one of the pictures online, but were given a single room instead. This was particularly challenging as we were traveling with small children and were not allowed to bring any food into the room, which made snacking difficult. Upon check-in, the staff failed to provide us with the necessary bracelets for our all-inclusive package. This oversight led to us paying for drinks out-of-pocket, which the hotel refused to refund. Moreover, the all-inclusive package was underwhelming, offering little more than the three main meals, with no additional food options available throughout the day. The children’s pool was not heated, which was a problem for my son who couldn’t enjoy it during the first few days of our stay due to the cold water, until the weather finally warmed up. Overall, our stay was frustrating and did not meet our expectations for comfort and convenience, especially for a family trip. I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously and improves these aspects for future guests. This review clearly outlines your grievances while maintaining a professional tone."
