"This hotel is convenient when flying out of Hartford. Checkin was quick and friendly. The Food and Cosmo's were outstanding in the Cloud 9 lounge. The evening bartender/server is exceptional ! I give her a 5 star rating! I've stayed here numerous times and she never disappoints! She recommended delicious small plates and made fantastic cosmo's!

"The swimming pool and jacuzzi very nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle driver will take you to any store within a 3 mile radius and they take you to and from the airport. VERY HELPFUL!"

"I found the hotel, very clean and spacious. The price was reasonable, and the bedding was excellent. MyI only complaint would’ve been that the friendly staff member when we checked in told us that we would receive a complimentary muffin and fruit and coffee in the morning since we had to leave early to catch our plane. The staff member in the morning was not overly friendly and there was only fruit available and coffee. I would stay at this facility again."
