"This hotel is convenient when flying out of Hartford. Checkin was quick and friendly. The Food and Cosmo's were outstanding in the Cloud 9 lounge. The evening bartender/server is exceptional ! I give her a 5 star rating! I've stayed here numerous times and she never disappoints! She recommended delicious small plates and made fantastic cosmo's!

Many dining options available which was great. they had breakfast in the morning and it was good, no complaints there. for my first time in CT everyone was very welcoming !"
