"We loved staying here! The room was beautiful, the beds super comfy and clean, and it was very quiet. The breakfast in the morning was incredible!! Super friendly staff. Only downsides were that there was no conditioner available (the bottle mounted on the wall had run out) and the tub drain drained incredibly slowly which was gross due to the water buildup. "The property was clean and quiet. It seemed like is was a busy eeekend however the facility didn't feel crowded. We got to use the swimming pool and ate breakfast, which was great. My only feedback is to have bedding in the room alreasy for the pull put sofa, with pillows. "

"Som altid på Residence Inn, et lækkert hotel, god morgenmad og smilende og serviceminded personale. Området var kontorlandskab, men med kort afstand til det historiske Concord, som bestemt var et besøg værd.

"I didn’t try the continental breakfast. I didn’t get up for it, but their beds were so comfortable. They were big. The room was spacious. The thing I liked the most is that they had in the bathrooms. They had dove soap they had dove moisturizer dove everything. It was awesome"

"Needed some quiet time away. Nice and quiet hotel with great little touches like soaking tubs and super comfortable beds and pillows. Nothing super fancy and clearly a little dated but the environment screams comfort and old money. Clearly in its time this place would be a place only wealthy could afford but now its a place where working people can get some comfort, relaxation, and great environment (spa, pool,walking and outdoor spaces) in close prominity to our regular busy lives.

"Our room was in the old part and was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is phenomenal. I was quite disappointed though that they had no breakfast options. They have 2 restaurants but neither is open for breakfast. I developed a bad leg issue and it was really hard to get to the car, drive to a restaurant for breakfasts. I couldn't walk even 3 blocks! Except for that, it's a lovely place to stay. "

"Basic room but clean. Quiet. Customer service was excellent! Check-in easy. There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. I would stay here again. Nice to have coffee shop/breakfast nearby.

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.
Overall, a really fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
