This is one of the most disappointing hotels I have ever stayed at, cleanliness is clearly not a priority here.
First, we booked a balcony and hot tub room and only got the hot tub. We did not even bring it up to the front desk because they were dealing with 4 other couples screaming at them for mistakes and problems. Whatever, we move on. Then, we enter our room and its absolutely disgusting. It looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since the property was purchased. Dust ALL over like I mean everywhere, on the counter, in the fireplace bowing everywhere, even IN the fridge. Then we enter the bathroom to use the hot tub, nope cant, hair is absolutely everywhere. Stuck to walls, all over the floor, and even stuck in the drains. Obviously the room had not been cleaned.
We could not even enjoy the room as the furniture was cheap, worn, and in extremely dirty condition. The couch had visible stains, which made it uncomfortable (and frankly gross) to even sit on. For en expensive room and for a place to call themselves a "resort and spa" the overall quality felt run down, extremely neglected, and poorly managed. When you charge premium prices you expect the property to delivery a quality stay, but this stay was the furthest from quality. If your looking for a relaxing resort level experience, look elsewhere.
