"First time doing a contactless check in and it was fairly easy. The Maverick 28 is spectacular, beautiful and clean. The placement is perfect, Less then a 15 minute one way and you are at Fenway, 15 minutes the other way you in the heart of Back Bay."

"Our first night the TV did not work and we were not able to adjust the temperature in the room because the thermostat displayed the message "low battery". . So the first night was freezing. They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long. The window obviously needs repaired and they attempted to patch the window with a couple pieces of wood. That clearly...

"Area is quiet, building is modern, super clean and roomy. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Green line is an easy, short walk. Elevator wasn't working, but we were notified ahead of time and we easily managed the one flight of stairs. Would stay here again."

"The place is very cute and well decorated. The shower and bathroom was much smaller than expected so I would keep that in mind. We also had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room. The AC also didn’t seem to be working as it was incredibly hot at night. The communication and hospitality was good, just felt the experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped."

"Well kept property"

"Good location for where we wanted to be, attractive area and building, clean, with helpful staff. But the check-in was tricky in the dark and we and other guests had to ask for help. The room was tiny and having our bathroom across a shared hallway wasn’t pleasant or convenient (especially during the night). Needing three separate door codes to move about at all times was a real nuisance. The door code mechanism lit up, bleeped and whirred loudly, waking up your partner if you used the bathroom...

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for exploring Boston, with close and easy access to public transportation. The unit had more than everything we could have needed. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to all."

"We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view."
