Property has no elevator. Given an upstairs room at first, had to ask for another room immediately, it stank of cigarettes. The hallways smelled really bad and rancid, there were people lighting up cigarettes in the hallway. They had air deodorizers plugged into every outlet in the hallway, guessing for the same reason. Their paperwork says it is a non smoking property and that smoking will be fined - clearly not enforced. I was informed the front desk is only manned till 8pm and that the front door would be locked - access is via a side door. The new room-post 8pm was horrible - the smell of both cigarettes and weed filled the entire space - not sure if it's through the wall, under the door or from the bathroom. It stunk horribly all night. Was trapped, too late to change hotels. Bathroom stank in the morning - barely used it - no pressure in the taps, an old door that won't close, with horribly chipping paint and a fire sprinkler sitting in a hole in the bathroom's roof. Appliances/shelving seemed new but the fridge door was impossible to open as it was right next to the wall in between the desk/chairs. No waste bins in the bathroom or kitchen area. There was a phone in the room, no connection. No room darkening shades, the light from the lot entered the room all night. Staff that did not seem to care about the smoking. Would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone unless the above is fine with them. Not worth the money, overpriced, worst experience ever.
