"Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. "

"The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again."

"The property sits along a busy heavy traffic road. The building itself is nice but needs a general cleaning. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets has unknown stains, and small cockroaches in the room. They also wanted to see my kids birth certificates. Who carries around their kid’s birth certificate? If they can correct this issues, this place will be a decent place to stay."

"The room is big and have space but i didnt have a comfortable stay because of the aircon not cooling been reported at the reception and maintainance came up 2 days in a row yet nothing change, at my last day given a fruit plate compensate as sorry but theres no fork to use for eating, luckly im satisfoed with waiter Zack at the restaurant he assist my complain folkow up and good service at breakfast good job waiter Zack "

"Beautiful hotel in a very safe a great area. Nice restaurants at the hotel but also at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall. Extremely friendly and service minded staff. I was met with big smiles and welcoming hospitality from everyone. Hotel room was big and comfortable with all the necessary things, except for a Nespresso Machine. That’s a minus. However, my preferred hotel in Manila and I will be back."
