"Everything was exceptionally great!!! Only cons were long waiting time at the elevators, but completely understandable at a 51 storey building. Kitchen was a little bit poor equipped. Just two knives, two forks, two spoons, etc."

"Its a very new property and fantastic facilities, very nice rooms and very very new. The staff even though quite new, are very hospitable. The breakfast is great and the pool as well. Location is very very central and very close to the KLCC. We stayed in a 2 room configuration which was great, value for money as well and we were able to walk to the Convention hall within couple of minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - Patrick"

"We only stayed one night but it was well worth it. The hotel is conveniently located near the pavilion shopping mall which is their main shopping area and it is connected with air conditioned walkway which was nice. We didn't get to participate in breakfast or dinner or the pool but all looked great. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"Apartment was clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful. Same with the host quick response. No noise from outside. Dark curtains. Stayed at 20th floor. Pool and gym is at 48th floor. The elevator is really fast. No restaurant at the place, but there are local restaurants few hundreds meter away, really good (local food) and cheap. Open from early till late. "Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have. Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple. "

"Appartment smelled of smoke. We were not informed of how to get hot water for showers so we had to do showers in cold water. We were informed there was a restaurant but it wasn’t open during our visit. We asked for new towels which rhey promised but forgot. Only positive was the view"
