"This hotel is near enough the Bukit Bintang shopping areas to walk, but far enough that it doesn’t feel so hectic. Ongoing construction around the hotel though make the walk to Pavilion and Lot 10 a little difficult but nothing too bad. Peak hour traffic in the area though has intensified in the last few years, so expect jams coming to and leaving the hotel. "

In this case... there's nothing... like... Very friendly staff, very helpful staff, very good service (I had room cleaning done at all hours) they helped me with various things and also train time tables. Concierge call a Grab for you. The placement of the hotel is good, very close to Ampang Park metro station and walking distance to KLCC.

If I need to put one TINY thing it's that the elevator needed to scan card for lobby sometimes and sometimes it didn't, so if you are not ready you can drive very far in the elevator. Haha.
