Self serve breakfast had a very good variety of food, from full English to cereals and fruit etc. Room and beds were very comfortable. Receptionist on Friday and Saturday evening, was very helpful. We are not tekkie, so she went above and beyond to help us book a local taxi firm for a wedding venue 10 minutes away. Price was what we expected to pay, and they were on time and pleasant. "Loved it here no issues with anything. Staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and very clean. The surrounding area had a lot of positives, there were a few shops around, a petrol station, a few restaurants, a bus stop nearby and it’s really close to the city centre. The only issue I had was that the to wasn’t plugged in and wasn’t working, there were a few loose wires but I could’ve asked for support which I’m sure the staff would’ve got it...

His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest.

"I have travelled a lot, and price normally equals quality, but definitely not in this hotel!
Everything was a diappointment and I dont know where to start. The constant No´s at all questions, the defect mixer tap in the shower that wasnt fixed until I threatened them. The missing towel after cleaning had been there, or the missing toilet paper - or or or I could go on! Just in general a very bad experience and location as well. Dont go there!"
