Nice Hotel, staff needs training
Very new Hotel in central location. Parking available next to the Hotel. Service at the bar / restaurant was not very professional. Long waiting times, constantly showing up with orders not from our table, could not bring the food at the same time etc. For the price, service should be better.

Quality gone down
The standard of this hotel has gone Down. I booked a superior room, Got a standard but was told its the same.. i Got twn beds but had requested dbl. The hot parts at the breakfast buddet was not hot but Luke warm or cold. The housekeeping didnt change or refill soap or showergel.

Our rooms or mostly based on the view but it is still sad to read that we did not succeed your expectations... When making the reservation, you are able to put a request for a double bed which we take into account but can never guarantee this unfortunately...Furthermore I will discuss your feedback with the concerned departments so we will do the best that we can to make sure this is not happening again in the near future.We do still hope to welcome you back in the near future to this is much better!With warm regards,

Dejligt hotel - dårligt bad
Vi havde to overnatninger på hotellet i forbindelse med en koncert vi skulle til i Ahoy Arena. Check in var ikke tilfredsstillende. Uvenligt personale der ikke engang forklarede hvordan vi kunne finde vores værelse. Det gik meget hurtigt og vi fik i det hele taget ikke nogen information om noget som helst. Dejligt værelse MEN hver gang vi var i bad var der vand ud over det hele - også ind på selve værelset. Dette gjorde vi opmærksom på under vores ophold.

Good place for a couple of nights in conjunction with a conference held in the premises. Right next to meteostation. Only drawback was the lack of a desk to sit and work at in the room

Prachtig uitzicht, helaas enorm veel verschil tussen de dag en avond personeel. Waarbij we uitstekend zijn ontvangen en met veel enthousiasme zijn ingecheckt door de dag personeel. Is de avond personeel onbeleefd en heel kortaf. Kamer uitgeleefd en heeft renovatie nodig en helaas hard bed.

We had difficulty when we first arrived. We were very early but had requested an early check in. No rooms were available until noon and then we had to pay 59 euros to get a room at noon or sit in the lobby for another 3 hours.

Fantastisch hotel, met heel veel luxueuze extra’s zoals prosecco en een amuse bij binnenkomst. Het ontbijt was geweldig lekker
