There are 3 bedrooms in Villa Sunset, the master suite with adjoining shower room has a king-size bed, the two guest rooms each have a queen-size bed. There is a further shower room for the two guest rooms, i.e. there are 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The living area, air conditioned, is approx. 175 sqft, 1860 sqft. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washer and dryer, a modern kitchen with full equipment and kitchen island including microwave and blender, large double refrigerator with ice maker is available. As a special feature there is an Aqua Pure water softening system and a reverse osmosis drinking water treatment, i.e. there is a 2nd smaller tap at the kitchen sink from which filtered drinking water comes.

This house, built in 2022, has no pool, there is a 1 car garage and plenty of space in the driveway for any additional vehicles. From the covered outdoor area, the lanai, which has an electrically openable and closable mosquito screen, you have a wonderful view of the greenery with beautiful palm trees, this lanai also faces west and offers wonderful sunsets, for sun worshipers there is also a mobile hammock that can be moved in the garden (lawn) depending on the position of the sun.

The lanai also offers a built-in outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, small sink and drinks fridge, as well as a nice sofa, a double seating island and 2 rocking chairs to enjoy the sunsets with the appropriate drinks and a heat lamp for the few cooler evenings. The beautiful, well-kept and very clean public swimming pool is heated and only about 5 minutes away by car and costs only 3 dollars entrance fee per person and is ideal for both lane swimmers and wellness swimmers.
