"The communication with the host is very poor. Long lengths of time in between questions. Simple ones…. What kind of coffee pot is in the home? Never got the answer. Check in instructions did not come 24 hours in advance per the automated response upon booking. On the day of our rental I notified the host we would not make it to the property as we had a death in the family and had to reroute to KC MO.No condolences from Raphael. Just a “So you are not checking in?”I’m sure the house is a fine...

"Stayed at the property for 5 days and really enjoyed the location and amenities it offered. We had some issues at the beginning with the pool but was easily able to talk with the host and get things sorted out to still enjoy all the benefits. The pool table provides a nice flex option if the weather isn’t the best for the pool. Location worked out great to get to downtown and show family around the Clear Lake/NASA area "

"Awesome quiet location and central location for exactly getting on the highways and routes to downtown. Love how I was in the city but didn’t feel all city.
