"A great little place on a nice small lake. Selling point and most fun of the weekend was using kayaks and rowboat. Only 20 minutes to Gaylord. Nearby Otsego Lake State Park for beach fun. Super appreciate the communication from owners- as well as providing extra requests!! Would consider this place again!"

"My Dad’s funeral was today. My parents have lived on Houghton Lake for 20 years, but we decided to rent from this host to free up room in their house for other guests. Property was immaculate, every amenity one might forget was available at the property, and they left an amazing apple/ caramel pie for us. There is a fire pit in the fenced in yard and wood is provided. They even allowed us to extend our stay way past the normal checkout time as I requested based on the timing of the funeral. I...

"We loved our stay at this cottage. The owner was helpful and punctual answering any questions we had. The cottage was clean, well furnished with necessities and all the comforts of home and stocked with things to relax with. Games, book, puzzles, bonfire pit, we loved every minute. Short walk or bike ride to Sam o Set park, kids rode their bikes there (with us) and played on playground, swam, caught minnows. We even got to catch a sun set or two.
