Dejligt hyggeligt mindre hotel, ligger rigtig godt i Rom, venlig og hjælpsom personale. Men efter 4 dage opdagede vi væggelus/sengelus i sofaen, som var den ekstra opredning vi havde til vores store datter, hun havde fået mange bid. Hun fik derefter et andet værelse for en nat. Så lovede personalet der var gjort ekstra rent i værelset. Hendes far tog den sidste nat i den ekstra opredning. 2 dage efter vi kom hjem begyndte det, far og datter ser frygtelig ud med stik. Vi havde fået væggelus/sengelus med hjem i huset og lejligheden. Vi har fået professionel hjælp til at løse problemet og dyrt er det, syntes ellers vi havde passet på. ØV turen vil altid blive husket for denne oplevelse og håber meget vi er sluppet af med lusene og ikke skal have besøg igen af de professionelle folk. Vi skrev til hotellet i Rom og fik også et venligt og hurtigt svar, at de var kede af det og der ville blive gjort noget ved væggelusene/sengelusene. Vi mente det var vores pligt at fortælle dem hvor stort problemet var på værelset vi boede på. Vi rejser eller ofte, men har aldrig opleveret det før.

We were happily surprised with hotel. Great with party larger than 2. Bedroom we stayed in had two twins and a queen. Perfect for us. I had little expectations on the breakfast, but the scrambled eggs made fresh in the kitchen may be the best I have ever tasted & pastries were excellent! We will utilize again in Rome. Perfect location if Vatican is a priority.

Lovely comfortable hotel on quiet pedestrian only street, literally just a few steps away from the Vatican with great restaurants all around. we had a lovely first stay in Italy.

Nice Friendly Hotel with excellent breakfast
This is a small hotel with nice rooms but not a lot of options. There were very few rooms with bathtubs.Rooms were on the small side and despite being a little warm outside, there was no AC option. We had to open the window. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is perfectly positioned only 5 minutes from the Vatican. Admittedly the hotel is slightly tired but doesn’t in anyway distract from everything it offers for a visit to Rome and makes you feel very comfortable. There is an abundance of restaurants and small shops within a few steps so don’t be distracted and give it a try

Great spot to crash for the night. Breakfast was good for $10 E each. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was very nice. Could have been cleaner. Happy overall.

The place to stay if you plan on going to Rome. Located in a prime location right next to the Vatican and quick taxi rides to the Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. Staff are friendly from arrival to departure, professional and helpful. Rooms are exceptional, spacious, and clean!

Es ist ein super sauberes und sehr freundliches kleines Hotel am Rande des Vatikans, der zu Fuß in ca. 3Minuten und die Engelsburg in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Bäder wurden modernisiert. Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen gerne immer wieder in dieses Hotel, das wirklich sehr zu empfehlen ist!

Fair hotel for our trip to Italy and specifically for a visit near the Vatican. The hotel does feel aged and could use some updates, but it met our basic needs.

A super hotel to stay at
We were very happy with our accommodations. Clean with excellent desk service. In fact. The desk service was super. Arrangements for taxi's and general information was much better than I ever expected. I think the highest compliment I can make is that we would stay there again. No reservations about a return visit.

This was a hidden gem! So close to the Vatican and all the wonderful restaurants literally next door! There has also the best gelato shop right next door to the hotel. Room was very clean, AC was nice and cold! Had a wonderful time and if we ever go back to Rome, I would absolutely stay again

Staff are amazing, food is so delicious. Don’t let the exterior fool you, that is just historic buildings. The interior is so pretty, everything you need is in the room and a complimentary bottle of champagne. Of course it’s Rome so noisy streets at night but the hotel can’t help that, it’s an atmosphere anyway. The beds are way firmer than I’m sure most Americans are used to but after walking around all day that doesn’t even matter! The staff are incredible, really the friendliest and so welcoming. They hold your luggage, help with directions and are happy to chat.

Sant Anna is in a fantastic position to explore the city. It’s small and chic. About 2 minute walk to the Vatican and a ten minute walk over the river to the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all an ideal place to stay when visiting Rome. Would be more than happy to stay there again.

Awesome location. Rooms were big and plenty of space. Hard to find this big of a room in an European hotel. Plenty of great restaurants on the same street. We are coming back to Rome in 3 months and will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to the Vatican, about 10 minutes from both the St. Peters plaza and the "rear" museum entrances. Loved the old charm quality of this boutique hotel. Included breakfast was complete & tasty. Staff was very friendly & helpful. This pedestrian street is lined with multiple restaurants, shops, and delicious gelatto next door! Taxis came right to the corner, 50 feet grom door. Really, it was perfect.

Quaint stay for Vatican Visit
Excellent location for visiting the Vatican. It is a quaint place to stay, with super helpful staff. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the best scrambled eggs I have ever had! The beds were quite firm. I would definitely stay here again the next time visiting Rome. It is on a street generally closed to traffic with lots of restaurants and shops, so it’s super convenient for most anything you might need. A 2 block walk and you are entering St Peters Square. Really loved it! It is also an easy walk for other sites as well.

Perfect location! Only two blocks away from St. Peter's Square with several great restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with local attractions, restaurant options, and tips getting around. Also, best gelato in Rome is next door.

Loved the property. Clean, quiet. Great location. Excellent reception by the front desk and staff. Very helpful for us tourists. Champagne in the room, although we didn't get a chance to drink it. Overall, highly recommended.

Splendid, classy property -- very old school and dignified as suits its proximity to the Holy See. We visit Rome often and this is easily one of the best hotels just blocks from St. Peter's basilica. Bravo to discreet and capable hotel team!

Great stay. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is located very close to the Vatican and other places of interest. Highly recommend.
