Great location
When we arrived, someone met us there and explained everything well. The location is perfect for exploring everywhere. If you are willing to walk, you can get just about anywhere in about 30 mins, or there is a taxi pick up very close. The location can be kind of loud at night, but it didn't keep me awake, and i slept with the window open.

Large property in a great location
We has a wonderful time at this apartment. Had everything that we needed in a well furnished unit. Location is perfect to walk in different directions to the major sites. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc nearby. Hosts were great and kept us informed all through the process.

Ideal setup for a family of 5....
Perfect Location What a great place and in a fabulous location. We have always loved the Piazza Navona area and this put us right in the heart of the area. The location is easy to get to as there is a bus stop just steps from the front door. Apartment The VRBO itself was large and was perfect for our family (4 adults + 1 5 year old). Having 2 bathrooms was key to our stay and my wife and i enjoyed the private room with en-suite. All of us had nothing but great things to say about the unit. Property Manager Communication was great from day 1. Was provided all the information to make this go as smooth as possible. Everything was as stated Overall Thoughts Would definitely look for this unit again (and recommend it as well). It was simply perfect for our family and our stay.

Outstanding location
The apartment was a great size for our family of 4, including two older teens. Within walking distance of many sites, and good restaurants very close. Still a quiet location, especially in the bedrooms.

Great apartment in the best location.
This apartment was just as advertised, and all appliances and features worked well. It's in the perfect location to walk to all of Rome's historic sites but, best of all, is a little off their beaten path so it's quiet and peaceful. Perfect spot between Piazza Navono and Campo de Fiori. The owning company was great in communications with both booking and checking in, but we never had to contact them afterward as there were no surprises.

Amazing location
This spot was perfect for the 20 to 30 crowd. They had high end restaurants and hole in the wall restaurants there were countless cute little shops everywhere, and an adorable vintage store right next-door. The downstairs neighbors were the sweetest people and almost all the main sites in Rome are within 10 to 20 minutes walking distance. The Nightlife was perfect because there was no rowdy crowds or teenagers running around. Would highly recommend! For groups or newly weds

Loved the location so much we came back. Centrally located to all the places you want to go in Rome. Plenty of room and fully equipped. Only advice is that if you come from the States, ask how to operate the washing machine. It’s very different than at home.

Great location.
We had a fantastic stay at Campo Dei Fiori, comfortable and spacious. The location is fantastic. The photos show 2 single beds in the 2nd bdrm, however it is a queen that you can’t separate, My 2 teenagers made it work. Over all we would recommend this place

First, location is great: between Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori. Apartment is quiet, AC worked well, although the electrical system is very sensitive to an extra load. Need to turn off one AC unit when another appliance is turned on. Overall, we had the great stay.

Great location but that's it. I selected the apartment because it had two bathrooms and the second bedroom had two separate beds. We arrive to discover that the second bedroom now is one double bed. Not ideal for two teenage boys. No problem the couch pulls out. That evening we discover no linens for pull out bed. Several hours after checking in I received a call from property manager requesting that we not use secondary and only full standing shower as it was leaking to apartment below. Initially I was offered a modest compensation but when I said more was needed as essential four adults showering in a hand held tub was not practical plus the bed situation. And we had to buy batteries for AC remote. I was told we could use the shower. There obviously was a problem as repair people came at check out. Communication was great and the location was great. Apartment was disappointing.

Bel appartement au coeur de Rome
Appartement très bien situé au coeur de Rome pour visiter à pieds ou en transports en commun. Permet de dormir à 6 personnes, mais le divan lit n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus confortable. L'endroit est assez calme mis à part les soirées où le bruit du restaurant du premier étage se fait entendre mais ce n'est pas si mal. Ça apporte du cachet ! Le seul vrai bémol que nous avons eu est que la douche était défectueuse et coulait chez le voisin d'en dessous. Nous avons donc été privé de 2 soirs de douche sur un séjour de 5 nuitées. Ce fut très désagréable. Une chance qu'il y avait une baignoire dans l'autre salle de bain pour nous permettre de nous laver, mais sans rideau de douche, pas évident de se laver correctement les cheveux sans faire un dégât ! Mais je recommande quand même l'appartement car ils vont sûrement réparer la douche !

Peaceful and ideally located
This was our first trip to Rome and Italy and we could not have had a better experience with our accommodations. Communication was excellent and the owner and representatives were helpful throughout. The place is clean, comfortable and provided plenty of space for our family of five (who don't mind pullouts and sharing beds). It is a typical city apartment with noises from the street and neighbors, but nothing that was in any way bothersome. There is enough lighting that you can keep the place as bright or dark as you would like and after the heat of the day we all appreciated the coolness of the flat. Location is ideal -- great shops, restaurants and all the sites are minutes away. We could not recommend this place more for travelers who want to be in the city.

Perfect location!
Cleanliness rating: While the overall apartment was clean, the floors are stone. Unless you wear socks and/or shoes around, your feet will get a little dirty (not a big deal until you've showered for the night and you're going to bed with unclean feet). Accuracy of online listing: we couldn't get the washer to work. This could have been an issue on our end as they're not exactly the same as the washers we have here in the US, but when we asked two different people how to use it, we got two opposite answers. Lol. If you don't have a need for doing laundry, it's obviously not an issue. We were staying long enough we knew we'd need laundry done -- so we went and paid for services. *kind of a bummer since we thought we'd be able to do it here. Everything else about this apartment is perfect (the couple of *issues* listed above weren't deal-breakers for us). The location is near just about all of the major sightseeing (.5-2 mile walking distance to most, 10-20 min. cab rides to places a few miles away, 30ish min. to the airport). MANY different shops and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. Overall, this apartment was a great stay and I'd recommend it to others!

This was in a fantastic location, but that was the only good thing about it. Communication with host was difficult. The apartment was dark and dingy and cave like. Everything was stinky and dusty and old. I would not stay here again.

Excellent accommodations, excellent location.
Don't let the stairway put you off. It is dusty and old, but the place itself is really great. It is roomy and in perfect condition. The location is fabulous. It is a block from a taxi stand, a couple blocks for all the restaurants in either Campo Fiori or Piazza Novella. Also, right behind the main road is a great little lane full of restaurants and shops. We walked to the Palatine Hill (hard for us, but we are older). We walked to the Trevi and the Spanish steps (again, a little too far for older people). Get a Red Bus hop-on-off pass. The apartment is quiet and absolutely perfect for us. It would work well for two couples. We like to spread out into two bathrooms, but this place has plenty of space for 2 couples. The manager was very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Rome.

I would very much recommend this property to others. The apartment itself is nice. It had everything that we needed. The location is what really shined though. You are an alleyway from some amazing dining options and two short block from Plaza Navona. Five blocks from the Parthenon. A fifteen minute stroll to the Vatican. A grocery is two blocks away as is a taxi stand and bus stops. It is an old building (you are in Rome). When we had AC running and ran the washing machine we did trip the circuit breaker. All we had to do was turn off one AC unit (there are three!) and we were just fine. WiFi was meh, TV was the size of the laptop but we never turned it on. How could you with so much to do and see in the eternal city! Professionally run. Recommend.

Great location but needs updating
The location is great and close to all sites within walking distance. The streets surrounding have very good restaurants to eat within walking distance, including the best Tiramisu just at the end of the alley!! The check-in process was easy - Francesco was very helpful and met us at the apartment for check-in explaining everything Now for the reason for 3 stars: The entire apartment needs updating, especially the electrical system and the water heater. We lost power twice due to "overload" and had to use the circuit breaker, once within the apartment and once outside the apartment within the entire building's circuit breakers. Please ask at check-in for the locations as the system is old and if you put on too many things at the same time, the circuit is going to trip on you. PLEASE UPDATE THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM!!! The water heater was the most annoying - most unpredictable whether you will get hot water and for how long even if you are the first person bathing for the day - cannot understand this one! We had to reset the water heater behind 2 heavy cabinets twice as well, but to no avail. Get to know the location for this at check-in too. We had too many cold showers during our stay. PLEASE UPGRADE THE WATER HEATER TO A BIGGER AND NEWER ONE! Overall, a decent stay and a large space for our family of 4, but could have been a great experience if the place did not have outdated amenities

No functioning hot water, freezer or wifi most of stay. Electric cannot handle AC and washer.
Our overall experience in this property was a real disappointment. We only had hot water for showers 2 out of the 5 days we stayed! This was really upsetting. The property manager said there is an ongoing problem and that we will need to reset the hot water heater. He showed us how to access the very old heater from behind 2 heavy cabinets and reset it, but though we did that MULTIPLE times- it was not always effective. We had many ice cold showers. Also, the very old difficult to use washing machine could not be supported by the apartment electric while running AC at the same time. This was a problem as it was 100 F in Rome our entire stay. The electric was an constant issue anytime we wanted to use a hairdryer or an appliance. The fuses would often blow and my husband had to reset them either in the apartment or sometimes down in the building’s fuse box below our apartment. The hot water and electric issues combined meant that at times we found ourselves in an ice cold shower and suddenly in pitch black!! The Wifi hardly ever worked. The freezer didn’t work at all and was never fixed although we asked when we arrived. The property was not well cleaned. Dust and grime found throughout even though bathrooms and beds had been cleaned. Pros: good location, property manager was responsive and kind, AC was very strong and good when we could run it This is a professionally managed property run by a company which owns around 700 properties locally and obviously has the resources to fix these issues. . I am leaving this honest review to pressure the company to do needed upgrades to make this otherwise descent property more livable. Replace the water heater, washing machine and upgrade the electrical! Potential renters: be forewarned that you will need to know how to reset the water heater, reset the fuses both places and will need instructions on how to use the complicated washing machine if you choose to stay here.

Super Lage - Ausstattung einfach
Das Apartment liegt gleich um die Ecke von der Piazza Navona, die Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten ausgerichtet und waren sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, auch etwas älter, aber wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Klimaanlage war super, denn es war draußen sehr warm. Wir hatten auch einen early check-in und waren dankbar für die Flexibilität.

A little hard to find but couldnt ask for a better, centrally located spot for Rome. The apt was more than big enough, comfortable and you could walk to just about anywhere you want to go in Rome. 5 minutes from Piazza Navona and multiple other piazzas/squares. Definitely stay there again when I come back to Rome.

Great location and nice accommodations
The location of this apartment is wonderful; within walking distance to many, many attractions and great restaurants. Check-in was very easy and they accommodated our (early) arrival time. Washing machine (smaller size) worked great (I took my own Tide pods); a hair dryer is provided in each bathroom which was nice. Wifi is lacking. The unit is spacious and offers just about all necessities you'd need for a great stay in Rome.

Amazing location, beautiful space!
My friends and I were extremely pleased with this apartment! It was extremely clean and complete with comfortable beds and two large bathrooms. The heating worked very well, and we enjoyed the new appliances in the kitchen. The entire apartment had a lovely asthetic and best of all, it was located in a truly ideal location! We were able to walk to the Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps (among other sites) in mere minutes. The apartment is very centrally located and very close to wonderul restaurants. Overall, a great value in a wonderful location!
