The sleeping areas are designed to accommodate guests comfortably, with functional furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The living area represents the beating heart of the apartment, a bright and welcoming environment where you can spend moments of conviviality.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances : oven , microwave and dishwasher allow you to prepare home-cooked meals and manage daily needs with convenience. Two bathrooms complete the equipment, a solution particularly appreciated when traveling in a group, which eliminates waiting and significantly improves the livability of spaces.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 10 nights

Other rules
- Check-in methods: self-check-in safe containing the keys.
- At the time of booking, there will be a digital signature of the rental agreement valid for the booking period and the mandatory fast check-in procedure.
- Undeclared guests are not allowed.
- Check-in time from 3 pm onwards.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m.
- Only toilet paper should be thrown into the toilet, not wipes or other materials.
- Throw your waste in the bins in front of the building.
- When you leave the house, the air conditioner and the various lamps MUST be turned off.
- Once checked in, the guest is responsible for the keys and the house.
- Missing your keys or accidentally leaving them in the apartment will have an additional cost of 50€. - Within 30 minutes of checking in, let the host know about any issues with the accommodation.
- Accidentally leaving the keys in the interior lock of the apartment will have an additional cost of 200€ +VAT
- Respect quiet times to avoid problems with other condominiums.
