Fint men med minusser
Beliggenheden er i top, og vi gik rundt til alt. Hotellet har fin indretning og faciliteter. Dog lå vores værelse op af en privat lejlighed, hvor naboens kukur slog hvert kvarter! Vi var vågne hver nat og vores ørepropper kunne ikke tage urets slag. Meget frustrerende. Vil frabede mig værelse 21 hvis jeg skulle tilbage, og vil råde andre til at gøre det samme. Endnu et minus var at hotellets indgang var meget svær at finde. Vi gik forvirrede rundt i området i 30 min.

Fint lille hotel
Fint lille hotel, der ligger nemt til alle seværdigheder. Dog ligger det på en bil/bus gade, så der er støj derfra. Værelserne er fine og rene og betjeningen hjælpsom.

We stayed in a junior suite. It was a decent size but there were no seperate area. King bed and twin beds were all in the same room. Location of the hotel was very central. It was also easy to get Ubers/Taxis. We stayed at other properties in Rome before where streets were too tight for cars to get in. Our room was also quite at night.

This sweet boutique hotel between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain is a welcoming spot with rooms big enough for four. Our stay included dinner on the hotel terrace, and we were the only ones there, so we had our own personal waiter/bartender. Breakfast bar is varied and abundant. Staff was helpful and friendly.

A very sweet place to stay in the heart of Rome! Their staff greeted us at the door and were very accommodating. Their continental breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about this place. Walking distance to the Trevi fountain and many delicious restos!

Not like the pictures on the web site. VERY VERY NOISY. Got no sleep. Staff is very noisy, chatter at front desk, street noise, breakfast noise, housekeeping noise. Very poor layout. Rooms are between front desk and breakfast/bar area. I would not stay again and I would not recommend. Way way overpriced. Expedia should drop this site.

Charme Spagna was one of the highlights of our trip and provided a cozy and relaxing environment while my wife and I stayed in Rome. The location is second to none, you are in the middle of Romes city center. 5 min walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi, 8ish minute walk to the Pantheon, 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum, and 6 mins from 2 different Metro stations. As well as being surrounded by great restaurants and gelaterias, it is the best for maximizing your stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Claudia and the rest of the staff will help you with anything and with a welcoming smile. All in all a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We absolutely loved this charming hotel with wonderful, helpful staff that made us feel at home. The breakfast on the little terrace was so lovely & the location was perfect. Definitely stay again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were incredibly nice and comfortable. The only downside was the small elevator. However the staff took care of our luggage so it really wasn’t an issue.

Hotel correct sans plus, bonne réception à l’accueil du personnel, hôtel très bien situé, situé dans un vieil édifice mais relativement bien tenue. Le petit-déjeuner est bien mais sans plus, le personnel au petit déjeuner est bruyant sans avoir respect aux clients des chambres voisines. Pas de salutations du personnel au petit-déjeuner aux clients à l’exception de la gentille dame. En gros je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

Very happy with my stay at Charme Spagna Boutique Hotel. The hotel was in a great location however was not overpriced. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast option was very good and a great value for the cost. The staff were super helpful in assisting with finding our way around Rome. Would definitely use this hotel if I returned to Rome and will recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is in a great location. Very convenient to many things. What sets this place apart from the others for me was the staff. You will not find anyone more welcoming and helpful. Claudia and Julia, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay a great one!

Wonderful family vacation
Staff were the BEST EVER. Family suite worked perfectly. Breakfast buffet was varied, well prepared. MANY thoughtful gestures to make our stay unique and personal. Central location was fantastic.

Excellent boutique hotel in central Rome that offers value for the price. The service is exceptional, professional, and courteous. It’s one of the best breakfast buffets I have encountered in years. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has done a remarkable job in establishing a very good level of service and cleanliness after the disruption from Covid. It is near the historic area of Rome. The only downside is that there is street noise especially if you open the window which you might have to because they do not use air conditioning in the winter.

This hotel is unique as it is spread across two apartment buildings - one floor in each. The rooms are nice, though some of the pictures shown on the website are not reflective of the rooms. We booked a room online that showed adequate space, but when we arrived our room barely fit the bed and we had no room for our suitcases. The hotel moved us when we pointed out this disparity without issue. The location is perfect to easily get places, but, you are in on a main road in the center and above restaurants. It can be loud. There is early construction, loud trash trucks at 1AM, etc. It would be inaccurate to label the area as “quiet.” This is true inside as well if you are near the main entry door and common area where they have a coffee machine and microwave. It wasn’t often, but we did have nights where we would hear the loud beeping and running of microwaves as late as 1AM outside our door. Other building tenants do not care or act like there is a hotel in their building. It was common to hear the family above us arguing quite often. Again, it comes with the territory - great feeling and atmosphere having your own apartment, and if that’s the experience you want, Charme is great. If instead you are looking for a more traditional hotel where you can escape it all in your room, I’d suggest elsewhere. This is just a preference thing, not necessarily a reflection of the hotel or their staff who was very polite.

Good 3 star hotel, great location, nice outside area to have breakfast, lovely staff. BEWARE: it does not have a bar or restaurant, or indoor communal area but otherwise it's great. Note the reception is at Number 37, there is a second door at 42.

You pay for what you get. Cheap price, cheap hotel. No amenities of any sort. Tiny elevator doesn’t even fit two suitcases. Not a lot of staff to help. This is a place to sleep and leave.

the reception area is so cute and lovely, the rooms very comfortable, the breakfast area fully stacked all the time with complimentary cookies, tea and coffee. The terrace was lovely to sit and enjoy a cup of flavoured tea or a coffee, the rooms were so well cleaned and and the shower was amazing. All the toilet amenities were also daily replenished by our lovely cleaner DIANA our special thanks to all the staff for making our stay lovely but a special shout out to the 3 ladies @ the reception desk.especially Claudie for lending us her phone charger as ours did not work and for bringing our bags to the taxi and BIG THANK YOU TO SARA WHO TOOK SO MUCH TIME AND TROUBLE TO PLAN OUR TRIP TO CAPRI. without her we would have missed out from doing the trip. Honestly a memorable trip would definately recomend as its also so close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain.5 minutes either way from the hotel. lovely trip.
